I've asked this question before and had no response, I've also
had to work around the problem in the meantime but I'm not
satisfied that there is not a better way.
I want to retrieve an attribute value from a dom tree including all the
escaped markup. how can I do this? (I've had to re-escape the
content manually)
I only find methods for retrieving elements this way.
does anyone know if this is possible with xerces, if it isn't then I'd
like to ask if a serialisation method could be provided for this case.
