Unfortunately, I am still seeing the same behavior with the 2.0.0 Release
version.  Un*x flavors still agree that there is a Fatal Error and Windows still
ignores the problem.  I was hoping the issue may have been resolved as others
have been unable to reproduce the problem.  If someone could look into this
again, it would be appreciated.
