There's no interest from me. And even the latest Java release
has switched to Xerces in place of Crimson. So I would move
that it be put in storage.
Below is a diff of the revised charter against what I posted earlier
this week, as well as the revised document itself.

Also, Andy, would you mind being on the PMC? As the longest-standing
active Xerces-J committer, and one of the current reps, it would
really be great to have you!!
I don't mind but my time for extra-curriculars is limited. :)
But assuming that the community wants my donation of NekoHTML
as a new Xerces sub-project, I would become more involved in
general anyway.

P.S. The hyphen "--" in the last sentence appears on a line
by itself which causes my email client (Thunderbird) to regard
everything following it as the signature. Not too bothersome
except that when I reply it doesn't include the signature in
the reply text.
