Sorry for asking, but: what *are* the priorities, then?

- as far as I can tell, Xerces (1) has a severe conformance problem (see
<http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3040>)

- there are already people out there *relying* on this bug (see
<http://www-106.ibm.com/developerworks/webservices/library/ws-ref3/?dwzone=w
ebservices>)
