For what it's worth, my team would also be _very_ much interested in getting usable bookmarks in the resulting output files. As it stands now, we get a large, flat (i.e. without hierarchy) list of bookmarks which is essentially unusable. It defeats the nice navigation windows built into Word and/or Acrobat.
