Thank you very much for taking the time to report this problem. We cannot use the XSLT stylesheets you sent us in order to reproduce the issue you describe. As explained in http://www.xmlmind.com/foconverter/support.html#xfc_support_policy , we really need .fo files (that is, what's generated by your .xsl files) to do so. However, you gave us sufficient explanations to try to reproduce the issue on our own and possibly, to fix it.
