When installing Xfce to a nonstandard prefix such as ~/coding/testing_root, the
path doesn't include the Xfce executables by default, and startxfce4 fails.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install to prefix not in path
2. run startxfce4
3. ???
4. Profit!
