There are instances when folders are created or destroyed due to running
processes (such as a git clone, etc) that are not reflected in the tree view
even though they are plainly visible in the main view.
Recommend added the capability for the Reload action (CTRL+R) to also refresh
the currently visible tree view (ie iterate the tree's expanded folders and
refresh the currently hierarchy).
