As in the title, clicking on the menu item does not do anything.
Downgrading to 1.8.0... makes even the right click option "set as background"
disappear.
Downgrading to 1.6... restores time-space continuum.
Setting the wallpaper from settings>desktop / right click on desktop works.
Setting the wallpaper from ristretto works also.

xfdesktop: 4.12.4-2
thunar: 1.8.1.11
xfce4-settings: 4.12.4-1
