Indeed, it looks like something went wrong for that string.
Could you please open a thunar issue for it? I only see the "Open Terminal Here" string in few (possibly outdated) *.po files in the thunar project. I suppose the commit which introduced the regression is https://gitlab.xfce.org/xfce/thunar/-/commit/f8a526eb05f3d0da903f6b60c1df03a2dab42ac1 For some reason I do not understand yet, I fail to reproduce the issue. If I am not misstaken, it should be sufficient to move ~/.config/Thunar/uca.xml , so that a new one is generated on the next Thunar start.
