When will the official death of the XFree86 project be announced? It seems that XFree86 releases are decades apart. I remembered it once said on the site that XFree86 4.3.0 was to be released in May 2002. Much later on it was announced it would be presented in January 2003. If it's going like this I am looking forward to my great great grandchildren using XFree86 5.0. We'll all be dead by the time XFree reaches the 5th version.
Typical open source. Delays, delays and more delays. Oh and did I mention delays?
Oh, you dont have to use them, do you? You are XFREE to choose.
