Read on MIT cookies and X authorization + lots of SSH details. (in other words: use ssh from A (or B) to D directly to forward the X port and copy the cookie (in the .Xauthority file) over manually + set DISPLAY variable. Another idea would be to run a dumb proxy on C -- you could probably also trick SSH into that) What you want should be possible but it won't be easy or simple.
