Yeps, I figured it out while playing with xtiming.sf.net, I saw that using 
larger width won't affect horizontal frequency, meanwhile I got the 
confirmation of many people about this.

Yeps, I know the ArcadeVGA is the best way to go with 15Khz monitors, I'll 
probably go for it, but I wish to try others way before because I spent a lot 
of money for this project.
