I don't think there are any avance logic drivers for XFree86 4.x X-servers. There were some back in XFree86 3.3.6, but nobody seemed interested in porting these to XFree86 4.0. You'll probably have to go back to XFree86 3.3.6 if you want native XFree86 support for that card.
