I agree that it should be java, that way the project is consistent and doesn't require that a user has a specific web app server, and only needs the JRE. I haven't had a chance to look at the competing browsers from Dawid and Alexander, but the screen shots look pretty nice and I'm sure it would be relatively easy to add the admin functionality to them. It would be nice to add something like that to the project.
