respected nani,
thankx for response.........
By the way i was trying the xindice access through
servlet(I'm using ApacheJserv).
yesterday morning i got the positive results(i.e.,
my form data was successfull inserted as a document
into xindice(form data was bundled into a string
obj.))
Before that i used to get bizzare error that u have
specified
For ApacheJserv the way i fixed the problem was:
went to jserv.properties and included all my
/usr/local/xml-xindice-1.0/java/lib/*.jar and '.'.
(include '.'---very imp)
The core idea is to make all classes available to
the JVM(spawned by servlet engine).
previously I had included ~/java/*.jar file in my
CLASSPATH but it did'nt help. But only after including
in jserv.properties i got the results......
Sincerly i don't know about tomcat...but got the
idea?????
see u,
--ragu
