I have nothing against eclipse plugin, but problem is that nobody supports it (and I don't have time / motivation to support it also).


I, personally, will work towards stabilizing and integrating webadmin to the main branch to replace ugly browser (see http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/xml-xindice/java/scratchpad/webadmin/), it has admin features (see http://metzner.org/projects/webadmin/), and can be extended to add missing freatures, if any.

If you want to step up and support eclipse plugin, then that would be great, and we would have *three* admin interfaces alltogether:
(1) Command Line
(2) Eclipse UI
(3) Web / WebDAV
