Xindece is owned by the Xindice community; of which you Sandy, and Todd and all those others helping out are as much part as anyone else. Though not ideal - it is not bad for a community to split/hand-off to one group which maintains the older code and see a new group embark onto something new. Either at the ASF or elsewhere. And if you are very low on resources -and- you have developers giving you good patches; consider adding a few committers quickly :-) Dw
