Well, Gee, you could have fooled me.

I'm gonna say something personal now, and this is not directed to you
specifically Dave, but to our user community.

We're at the start of something great.  We could make it great for you,
our you can make it great with us.  It's up to you.

Sorry Tom, hence my rider. If its any consolation, I've avoided databases for near 20years, yours is the first one I've felt like putting effort into using. I'm neither a strong java user or someone familiar with databases in general.

The product smells about right, I just find it frustrating when I get blocked.
Re the classpath thing.
Please note that some users are 'forced' into using java for many and various
reasons. I gave up extending my classpath when it got to 6 conflicting
applications.
I now have no classpath except when I run an app, for which I use
the command line param, rather than a system wide one.
