What about the first question, can I copy the /db directory from version 1.0 to 1.1b2 or has the underlying database structure changed? I briefly tested this, and it seemed to work, but I thought that I would ask those who know more about it than I do before I make a big mistake.
I would write an export/import script in bsh. There has been no specific effort to ensure binary compatibility at a file level. -k.
