I deployed xindice with apache-tomcat server.
I tried 4080, which is the default port number for the server-integrated Xindice (1.0) . For xindice1.1, it doesn't seem right.

Depends which version you are running. If it's 1.0, try config/system.xml.
If it's cvs, check jettyconf.xml I think.
