In OSS, there is the standard answer to this question: "when it's ready" ;-)
Take a look at unit tests, and the bug database. If you know about an issue, add it to the bug database (check first that it is not there yet and that it is not fixed yet!). If you want to solve an issue, send in a patch (to bug database). The less issues there are, the sooner release will be. But I would expect that next release happens within next 4-5 month.
