It's not up on the server to make a distinction between auth or not auth.
The server will permit to relay to all host connecting from hosts listed in
smtprelay.tab ( or smtp.ipmap.tab ) and to all authenticated users.
Client from local networks can use the server w/o auth while external client
MUST be configured to use SMTP authentication.
