I hate to trouble you all with basic questions, but I am having trouble getting xmailserver to start working right. Right now, I just want it to recieve email correctly. I went through the installation process, and made the keys in the registry. I have put my domain (mydomain.com for now) in the domains.tab file, and added a folder "mydomain.com" in the domains folder. I put a folder "john" in the mydomain.com folder, and have a mailbox folder in there, along with a user file. the account is also in the mailusers.tab file. I have also edited my server.tab file, but I am not sure if i did it correctly. I couldn't get any of those configuration programs to work right. So, basically I just need to know the bare minimum i need to do to get it to recieve mail and put the message in the mailbox (i think i have gotten rid of all filtering and denial stuff along the way). I have actually used one of the programs that configures through asp, xmailwebmail, and it showed the user account, but said the box free size was -1. The user.tab file defines the MaxMBSize to be 30000 though... The Thanks a lot for the help. John
