Hey, When I try to send mail to an outside mail address (ie. sending it to this email address), I get an error message sent to the postmaster, claming a mail loop: Error sending message [995751510271.2120.TheRaven] from [arsenalfcs.com]. ID: <S174> Mail From: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Rcpt To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> <Failure Reason> Mail loop detected </Failure Reason> Below is reported the message header: >> Received: from arsenalfcs.com (24.30.158.133) >> by TheRaven (24.30.158.133) with [XMail 0.74 (Win32/Ix86) ESMTP Server] >> id <S174> for <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> from <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; >> Sat, 21 Jul 2001 16:38:30 -0500 >> Received: from arsenalfcs.com (24.30.158.133) >> by TheRaven (24.30.158.133) with [XMail 0.74 (Win32/Ix86) ESMTP Server] >> id <S173> for <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> from <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; >> Sat, 21 Jul 2001 16:38:30 -0500 ... If I edit smtpgw.tab to send mail through the smtp server i use for this email address (smtp-server.san.rr.com), the mail gets sent. I don't want to do that though. If I send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] (the domain xmailserver is set up to handle), the mail goes to the proper place. So how do I get xmail to send mail to an address outside domains handled by xmail. Thanks. John
