I've tested it with Outlook, Outlook Express, Netscape Mail, and the Opera Mail Client 
(all on windows).

Yes, the messages are ok, as soon as I erase or move enough messages out of the 
mailbox to another directory to leave only 14 (or less), they are pulled by the 
client.  It doesn't matter which message I move, the 
number is the problem.
