I had a similar problem, one day an openrelay, 25-50 k messages delivered... I got an entry on several DNS Blacklists after this day. I was mean and just cleaned out my spool directory after this day and closing the relay (means: I deleted all messages and logs that were still in rsnd directories and all the messages in froz directories). But they will disappear automatically (well, not the frozen ones?) and I have no users but me, so there was no problem with accidently deleted messages from customers...
