i've made some tests and i had a look with an ethereal sniffer.. in my configuration i use an gateway Anti-virus.. And looking on my ip connection, when i send an email to ANY domain, my xmail send it to my anti-virrus gateway.. so, the problem is not from my side but from the anti-virrus ... hh.. i prefer.. i had a phone call to the french wannadoo organisation.. i wait their answer.. thank you again for help.. (try with 'telnet IpOfOtherMachine 25') If this is ok; does the other domain know what to do with these incomming mails (local processing and NOT sending outbound) Does Xmail know that mail for the-other-domain have to be sent to the-other-domain-machine and _not_ outbound? Org Onderwerp: [xmail] probleme of sending mail i have an strange problem... at my office we have two domains. Just one is managed by xmail. The other is managed by an professional fai. My problem is this one: When i use the xmail smtp server, i can send email to all the world (also my xmail domain). But when i try to send an email to my other domain, it never arrives.. I wonder that it's possible that i have made an mistake in my configurations files so i had a look, and i never saw nothing about this domain.. does anyone had already yhis sort of problem ??
