|     You can also use Perl XMail-Ctrl to work with .NET.
|     Really no need to write everything new as far as I can tell.

I would like to use native .NET solution in VB.NET or C#. I don't want
to use COM, because it adds one unnecessary layer to application. 

And don't want to use Perl, because it should work on Windows 2000
withount any 3rd party add-ons. Furthermore, I never got anything
Perl-based running correctly under W2K even with ActiveState Perl
installed.
