Here's what I've got in my smtpreleay.tab. I wouldn't remove everything. And don't forget to restart the server just in case:
[smtprelay.tab] "192.168.42.0" "255.255.255.0" "127.0.0.0" "255.0.0.0" First line is for my local network to allow relaying :) and second is just to allow the local loopback to send mails aswell.
