and users are added and deleted everyday,
so how can I redirect to all of them convinently?

you add a mailbox [EMAIL PROTECTED] and then create a mailproc.tan with
redirect for each of the users.

unseen for the users who recieve the broadcat mail? then the headers must be
rewritten.
