Found out the problem. As I was out of the office I asked the guy to =
check
him mail box on the server. He had been sending it to two email =
addresses
that went to him. He was getting 4 emails in out look though. I just got =
him
to turn his rules off and the problem is solved. Outlook was doing =
something
weird by making 2 copies of each email even though there was only one on =
the
server.

Outlook also times out when connecting to the mail server sometimes. =
Quite
strange as most of the machines in the office are connected to the same =
GB
switch. There is also only a few hundred email a min. I figured it was =
an
outlook problem. Man I hate MS's email client software sometimes.

No. They are delivered directly to the server through SMTP. Its also not =
=3D
an Outlook problem as I check the mailbox folders and can confirm they =
=3D
exist as doubles in there.

Are those messages fetched through pop3links.tab ?
