It may not be Outlook or Windows fault. Most often cause of email = problems is....
User error! My job would be great if it wasn't for the users. Had one call me up = last week, said they couldn't connect to the mail server. None of my local or remote system monitors had triggered and email was flowing fine. I = suddenly had a thought and asked them if they could connect to any websites. They said no. turns out their ISP, Demon Internet, wasn't working. From now = on I always ask if people can connect to the internet if they say they cant connect to any of our servers. I just couldn't believe someone was so stupid. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] = On Behalf Of Dave Bartmess Sent: 15 October 2003 14:10 To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [xmail] Re: Double emails Now, now...
