What is your mail server sending for the HELO/EHLO parameter? Is it a valid 
FQDN that is resolvable via DNS? If not, that might be part of the problem...

Send a message to me off the list, and see if it bounces. If so, send a 
note to my domain's postmaster address with the bounce message, and I'll 
check my logs and see exactly why. That might give you a starting point in 
looking for why the other one failed.
