I was looking in fixing this, but the code seems fine. You basically have an XMail server handling XDOMAIN as custom domain. The custom domain handling of XDOMAIN is basically an "smtprelay" to YDOMAIN, and YDOMAIN is returning a 550 SMTP status code.
