Hello, If you Don't send back a error 550 and just a error message then, that sending server will try over and over again to send the message. Because it'll just disregruad the error message thinking that the remote server just dropped the call. (This goes VERY true with other xmail server, thus the whole reason for reporting back a 550 + a error message.)
