Perhaps the problem is that you are running Windows servers rather than Linux, or even better, *BSD? Or perhaps I shouldn't take advantage of this mail list to express personal preferences? No need to reply to that ... I'm just kidding. :)
However, and this probably doesn't help, I haven't had any of the problems you are describing. It almost sounds like it might be a geographical location issue (?). I have users sending to Hotmail regularly, as well as Earthlink accounts, and there haven't been any problems - I may have a lower volume than you do, though. The only thing I can think of that seems to be a significant general change is SPF - is it possible that this is related to that? Also, have you verified that your IP isn't on any blacklists? Both Earthlink and Hotmail have upped their anti-spam campaign pretty heavily. Thats all I can think of! Jeff Tom Banting wrote: > I have seen this too.
