yeah 'mdew' has read permissions.. tho I have re-tested using grustibus, and the game 
actually loads...sortof ..get an "Layer 24 contact MAMEDEV" error..im just guessing 
that the rom is too new, reason why its supported "Preliminary". one day i'll play SF3

yeah yeah i know..been a little slack on my debian updates :P
installing 0.5.0 as we speak, its gonna be a while for the rest of the system 
updates.. (on a modem here)
