Still, I think that the problems that are affecting the industry are far
deeper and more pervasive than the industry itself. Most of us are in debt,
the inequity between rich and poor has exceeded historic levels, and there
is an undercurrent of discontent that's growing in this country. I think

Sheesh! Maybe those barrels of wheat and power generator you bought
for Y2K will come in handy after all!?!?!
Personally having seen down-turns and up-turns on both sides of the
Atlantic for twenty+ years - one has to have an objective 2 to 3 year
vision.
Too many people are rushing after low-hanging fruit and the quick play.
When that fails - those who are pushing toward harder long term goals
begin to see the fruits of all that work paying off....
The ebXML work would be one point in case.
