X12 defines the 848 Material Safety Datasheet, 863 Report of Test Results and the 864 Text Message - all of which could be used. Since there isn't a specific one available, I would recommend the 863 Report of Test Results. You can get XML Schemas, DTDs, sample XML docs, specs and implementation guides for any of these from http://www.vcml.net. CIDX (www.cidx.org) also provides a Certificate of Analysis (based upon the same tools/techniques used at http://www.vcml.net). Hope this helps!
