'Censorship' is a very serious charge.  Who has prevented you from making 
your case, and when did it occur?

Let me assure you that it has never -- repeat never -- been the policy for 
the XML/edi list to prevent discussion of XML-related issues. If anyone 
connected to this list has tried to prevent you from posting messages on 
XML, e-business, or related issues, please let me know immediately.

As one who took part in the initial ebXML development effort, I can tell 
you that we had excellent participation from Asia, including a meeting in 
Tokyo (November 2000), and I believe that participation has continued.
