I'm not sure.

We have a very successful XML/EDI project connecting France T�l�com to some 
of its smallest suppliers under way. I presented the project at the last 
XML & Web Services conference in London.

We tried to keep a clear focus on delivering results and being 
opportunistic about the technology and the customer has been very pleased 
with the results. The technology is a powerful enabler but you should not 
forget all about proper project management.
