Sure. XMLmind XML Editor is written in the Java[tm] language and the
*same* *binary* (i.e. jar files, which happen to be created on a Linux
box) already runs on Windows/Intel, Linux/Intel, Mac/PowerPC,
Solaris/SPARC, etc.

Now, we are probably not going to purchase a Mac/Intel before several
months. This means that *you* *cannot* *use* *the* *.dmg* *distribution*
*found* *on* *our* *Web* *site* because this distribution contains a
Mac/PowerPC launcher (JavaApplicationStub, written by Apple).

Here's what we'll do:

[1] Try to create the future .dmg distributions containing a new
launcher using the universal binary format.

[2] AND/OR create a Mac-enabled .zip distribution. Current .zip
distribution works fine on the Mac, but you cannot for example use
Command-Q to quit the application or Command-, to open the Preferences
dialog.

After unzipping a .zip distribution, XXE can be started by running the
"xxe" shell script found in the bin/ subdirectory created by the
distribution.

If we forget to do all this in time for you, do not hesitate to send us
another email.
