First off, thanks so much for integrating the DITA toolkit!

Unfortunately I'm having some problems when trying to convert a map to
PDF. If a topicref @href uses a full URL, like
file:///c:/dir/dir/file.xml, the ant process doesn't seem to use the
catalog-dita.xml to find the DTD. Instead, it uses the files SYSTEM path
and fails when it can't find the DTD.

Secondly, if I use a relative climbing @href (../Workday/file.xml), then
the file seems to convert (according the XXE message window), but XXE
fails when it tries to copy the pdf after the conversion. (I think a
previous poster had a similar issue with this.)

If my @hrefs are relative and do not climb, I have no problems.

Any ideas why this is happening?
