I use SVG graphics all the time for my own documents and have no such
problems. Of course, I've carefully chosen the SVG enabled graphics
editor I use to draw figures.

Most the SVG enabled graphics editor I've tried do not generate a
"viewBox" attribute on the top "svg" element (including famous inkscape)
or generate an incorrect "viewBox" attribute on this top "svg" element.

Without this attribute (which is equivalent to the binding box of EPS
files), you cannot expect XXE to behave properly: garbage in, garbage out.

We are at 99% sure we have no bug here, if you want to be 100% sure, do
not hesitate to send me (mailto:hussein at pixware.fr) a sample SVG graphic
of yours.
