Yes, I ought to be more precise. The second part of my question was also about
<footnote> in <emphasis>, that doesn?t seem to be in a block, as in normal
<para>. But, let me show an example (included as an .png file).
There you can find a footnote in a para, and the same footnote in an emphasis
inside para. (Text in bold is <emphasis role=?bold?>. This second footnote
seems to be inline. Isn?t it? And that is may problem.
