The Slides, Docbook and Simplified Docbook configurations already make use of the the collapse/expand functionality. XHTML has no chapter/section elements, which makes it harder to support this functionality. The only feature which is not included in the bundled configurations is the ability to collapse/expand collapsible blocks *using the keyboard*.
