V2.5 Patch 4 (March 22, 2004)
Bug fixes:
* Inserting a document reference in a master
document does not declare the corresponding
entity in the internal DTD subset. After this,
it is no longer possible to reopen the master
document in XMLmind XML Editor.
This bug was added when fixing this [1]bug in
XMLmind XML Editor V2.5 Patch 3.
