It may be that XXE users that are used to DocBook and XXE find selecting
easy, but when you are evaluating XXE or trying to teach DocBook to a
beginner thats when the problems begin. 

Both my XXE/DocBook-newbies and the people who've evaluated DocBook/XXE have
found this to be a very negative aspect. The fact that there are a lot of
elements to choose from means lots of hours for me to teach which elements
to choose and which to not choose. A suppressing DTD elements function would
be a great feature.

Come on fellow DocBook'ers, I know you want this too! Lets hear your 2
cents! :D
