[XXE] feature request

XXE can deal with character entities and external entities -- however 
the content of the latter is limited to a single element. It would be 
very nice if external entities containing only text (no elements, but 
more than 1 character) were preserved. I am aware of the fact one can 
achieve this with simple scripts, but it's silly that such a wondeful & 
sophisticated product as XXE doesn't preserve boilerplate text. It 
doesn't seem a hard-to-implement feature. Does XXE Pro have it?
